Id guess around 1$ a round and 1.50 per clip, so a total of 9.50 per loaded en bloc.
But thats just my awesome guess.
Brand new ammo is around a buck a piece, why would milsurp command that?
You take a look at 7.62 milsurp lately? (you might with that fancey new toy of yours). Point is, what the ammo is worth, is usually always less then what its going to sell for.
But if it makes you feel better, fine, -.50 cents a round, he actually pays you .50 cents to take it!
But really, those are usually the prices I see, or see quoted in past "whats this ammo worth threads" for Milsurp rifle ammo.

It could also depend upon the dates of the ammo, the maker, the type, and packaging. An original ammo tin with Garand ammo in bandoliers would be worth a lot more than loose stuff.
National Match stuff for the Garand was loaded up until a few years ago. I have seen AP in Garand clips. I think it was in the mid-50s that the non-corrosive stuff was loaded by all the makers, as some corrosive ammo was still in use in the early 50s.
