We used to take newspaper in to the moose camp, specifically for that purpose. We hunted from a tent.I guess I should have said the intended use was in a pup tent, far from power or newspapers. Or heat for that matter.

Or you can bring a second pair of boots if you have the room/weight in your allowables.
In the field I always have a minimum of 2 pairs of each type of boot. Dry feet are priceless.
I use baked potatoes.
Wrap them up with lots of tinfoil and throw them in your boots.
Might take a few times but dries out the boots fairly well.
Great for warming up the sleeping bag as well.![]()
