Video of me screwing up a really easy shot

A potato cannon would be interesting too.:D

I have one of these....

Shoots armor piercing golf balls....

Actually, it seems like pretty good real-world shooting to me.

That moose was fairly far away, and he was on the ground and out with two rounds fired. And a nice big bull as well. Most anyone would be very happy with that.

Congratulations!

I could handle one that shoots real lead balls. It won't have to be a replica of anything, just safe and loud. I even have the space to shoot it, and some hillsides that are getting too cocky.:D

This can shoot them, just need to make some the same size as a golf ball. :D

there never is a mile long tracking job with moose ... they are the bushs biggest pansys... they get a hangnail they lay down within 100 yards .....

Clarke ... I never noticed untill now ... Cause I love watching shooting vids .... but the first shot you scared the piss outta the moose .... it was still dumping when you dumped it

I noticed that and posted it earlier. Literally scared the piss right out of him.:)

Most of the time, but I shot a bull moose one time, at point-blank distance of 40 yds, where I put four 225gr Noslers from a .338WM all broadside through the chest, every shot a complete pass-through and you couldn't tell he had been hit on any shot. No reaction.

After he finally fell over, after taking shot number 5, we looked where he'd been standing and there were strips of blood sprayed with chunks of lung tissue, in perfect lines from where those bullets had exited. But of course that was an exception.

FWIW, I thought the video was cool.

Usually I would agree, but well...I wouldn't go that far!

My buddy shot a huge (Alaska/Yukon) moose (in rut) with a 300Wby.
Stupid thing kicked into high gear and ran across a small valley then halfway UP the side of a mountain...Near a mile and a half they figured.
The shot was high double lung....Not prefect, but plenty lethal.
My buddy still talks about the pack out 15 years later....Glad I wasn't there! :D

I also called in a big bull that came in like a freight train and that thing was about as bullet proof as any animal on this earth....At least he didn't go far.
The rut can make them a lot tougher than normal!
