The Sub2000 in 9mm and non-restricted would be fun and useful as a camp gun/backpacker.

With a tac-sling and 10/30 round glock mags, I imagine it would almost feel like carrying an Uzi or similar carbine (IE SA vz 24, Rhuzi, etc.).

The US price also bodes well for us this side of the border...

nobody knows, but i think they are on their way?? dont quote me on it.. but they will be here before next year for sure, and soon after that hopefully the su16 rifles.

The SUB2000's are ready to ship along with the PMR30's, but we are awaiting word on the status of the last export application for the RFB's that went in on this past Monday. We should know this week for sure if this seventh application is approved. Lucky number seven, I hope. If so all firearms will ship at the same time. I will be away most of the week, as I'm off to the NASGW trade show in Louisville Kentucky. I will post an update when I here anything though.

As far as the SU16A, this is the last time I will update on it for awhile. We have a sample SU16A2, which is next years model on the way from Kel-Tec. This one rifle we are sending to the CFR as they have requested a sample. If all goes well we will be launching the SU16A2 late January after the Shot Show.

I am too glad these are coming and I will get the RFB when they arrive ,There were many people in Canada that wanted the KFC double down banned

People are idiots about banning the Double down. If you read the nutritional info on them they are actually less bad for you than any other chicken sandwich available at KFC.

They don't need to ban the double down. It'll disappear on its own. Bought one to try and it was disappointing to say the least. Like eating a salt sandwich. Had a sodium headache that took four Tylenol to get rid of!

On another note I gotta find me a line to stand in to grab a Glock Mag version. 9mm or 40Cal. Whatever I can get my mitts on.

Well I was at the Buffalo Gun Centre yesterday, and got to handle one of the Sub 2000's with the 9mm Glock mags. I must say I was not really impressed. It felt really cheap, and is made almost entirely out of plastic. The length of pull is very short, and not adjustable, and I don't have long arms and I am only about 5' 10". There also doesnt seem to be any way to attach optics to it, which is another downfall if you ask me. If this thing is restricted and is just a range toy I dont need it to fold up, id rather have optics. If it does come in non restricted then yes it could be cool for backpacking and camping, as it does fold up quite nice. Now they are selling this thing for $379 and for that price I could see buying one, but If it ends up being anything upwards of 600 dollars, I will probably not be interested
