Hey it does when you want to shoot but not worry about collecting brass in 2-3 feet of snow.
As for this "Rimbine" thing, that well, that is a whole other story.
Tactical .22 ("Rimbine" + runnin & gunnin + on crown land + no experience slinging = recipe for disaster in my opinion.
I know some of the guys that participate in this, all I can say is, why not approach the club or one of the IDPA SO's, with a plan, and have them approach the club and see what you can come up with. I know a few of the IDPA SO's at our club have recently purchase .22 carbines to have some fun with at some of the IDPA matches just for fun. Anything is possible, it just needs to be done in a controlled environment, with the proper supervision and qualified people there to assist, not worth the risk.
