Why not?
Any numbnut with a file could make that 18.5 inch barrel be a few fractions of an inch shorter, or remove a screw from a buttstock to turn a regular 870 into a "Masterkeyy".
The firearm is what it is based on its current configuration.

I assume they will see it in this thread, but if not maybe just throw a email at em letting them know that you dont answer your phone.
