^^^^ same. the su 16 will be pricey too probably. but 710 isnt too bad, they might get cheaper as time passes. dont forget these first rifles carry the extra initial costs of all the BS they have to go through. GOOOOOOD JOB VAULT!!!!! you beat your way through all those f'in loopholes!

i want a kel-tec so bad. if i get on the rigs this summer im getting one for sure!

$55 for used mags? Whatever.................

$9 or up to $20 each for great ones.... But wait, someone has to pin them, I forgot that adds $30

I think Marstar should have a Hoard of Metric Mags overseas. Lets get him to bring them in for $25 each

EDIT: I would like to add that I LOVE Wolverine Supplies...:) I have purchased a few Firearms from them, including $80 AR-10 mags......
I'm sorry , but Mag pricing is my Pet Peeve

Once upon a time I sold 1,000 well used Aussie L1A1 mags for $20 each, customers were happy. I paid 95 cents each per mag and 97 cents each for the shipping from Australia! I was happy, in fact every one was very happy. Now I purchase 200 metric mags in the UK I have to pay to have them disassembled, riveted, refinished, reassembled and only shipped half way round the world and my cost is higher than what I sold those Aussie mags for. You have a pet peeve about mag prices! Well so do I, I wish I could sell you those Aussie mags again but the times have changed!

Thought I would pipe in here and confirm the retail price for John on the Sub2000.
$675 CAD gentleman. Thought I would add that the U.S. suggested retail on them is $409 USD MSRP not $300.

In addition to the extra costs per unit for the longer barrels for the Canadian model, shipping costs to Canada, Brokerage fees, and a newer $250 USD Export Application Fee from the U.S. Department Of State, at $675 Retail nobody makes tons of money per unit on these gentleman. All Kel-Tec pricing is standardized for all Kel-Tec dealers across Canada.

Thanks
Steve

I hate the price for the SUB2000 and what I assume will be a ridiculous price for the SU16, both of them being "value" brand products in the states. Although I think your RFB price is great and will probably order one once I get some good feedback on the board.

Too bad you have to go through all those hoops. It would be nice if Kel-Tec built them over here so we could get great value products at actual value prices.

I'm probably dating myself, but if anyone from BC remembers Castle Armoury in North Van, they had a promo on in the mid or late 80's.
All you did was show your FAC, and you got a FAL mag for free.
Around the same time, I got 10 for US $6.50 (yes, 65 cents each) plus shippping through the Shotgun News ad paper in the US
(Not sure if Imperial or Metric, and I dont know the source of either the Castle ones or the SGN ones.)

Hi Gentleman,

Just to let you know we are sourcing manufactures of magazines. I have spoke to one already but the main issue is cost. We have to commit to buy hundreds to get a fare price and make it worth the manufacturers time to sell them to us, and handle the paperwork hassle. Not to forget our time. If we bring in a smaller amount the price would be very high. Still working on it though.

Quick question,

How many mags does each rifle come with? As well I will commit to buying 10 extra mags if you buy hundreds and get em for cheap.
