No. Anything AR-variantish is restricted.

Nope. There's no mention in the OIC of Vamlet M-78's being prohibited because they're chambered in a NATO round. They'd only be prohibited if they're either full or converted autos.
Does anyone know if any court case challenging this fact is ongoing?
