Nope. There's no mention in the OIC of Vamlet M-78's being prohibited because they're chambered in a NATO round. They'd only be prohibited if they're either full or converted autos.
Does anyone know if any court case challenging this fact is ongoing?

The Medved 3 available from Interammo. Supposedly a cousin of the Dragonov but non-restricted.
You are right. The prohibited models are Valmet M78/A2 and Valmet M78 (NATO) LMG. I didn't pickup on the fact that LMG stood for Light Machine Gun but I instead focussed on the (NATO).
I see one in EE for $4200.
