Man, you are one bundle of prejudice and dogma. Re-read your posts and have a look at how all your objections are just cultural biases.
Coyotes smell? Ever shoot a rutting antelope? Ever stand over a rutting elk that has been urinating on his own mane and wallowing in a urine soaked mudhole? Ever smell a feedlot, or, better yet, a pig barn? Coyotes are omnivorous. Ever see some coyote sh*t that was full of berries. You are not thinking this through very deeply at all.
My approach is that if someone, somewhere, says it's good to eat, it probably is. Everything I have ever tried, no matter from what culture's menu, was always pretty good. (Well, not lutefisk, but that is an exception and had nothing to do with the meat, just the preservation method).
Really, Noneck, you need to open your mind a bit to some possibilities. You may find some very pleasant surprises result from dropping your prejudices.
Yeah,,there omnivores
