I think the factory 17 Rem Fireball (Mach IV) is also over 4200fps. Here's a pic of one round through my chrony when I was doing some load development. I still didn't have any pressure signs with this one. For the record the angle in the pic is off and I was shooting into the ditch which is down hill and to the right and there are no farms or buildings within miles (other than the old barn to the right).
I can't remember the specifics on some load data I was looking at online but it was something like 1.5" high at 100 yards (4000fps 20gr V-Max) was 3" or 3.5" low at 300 yards. That's dead Gopher, Crow or Coyote at 300 yards with no hold over.
(4200fps is 2" low at 300 yards with 1.5" high zero at 100 yards).
