On the TT return, please provide me with your PAL number so that I can re-initiate transfer. I don't know why the CFC had things listed as a return to business uless they were trying to make it easier for me since I didn't have your PAL number. You have not provided an explanation as to why it has taken more than two months for me to be informed that there was some error.
My #1) The original order request was submitted well after hours on the eve of October 6th. My computer log shows that at 9:45 the following morning, a mere hour or so after your business opened, I sent the calibre specification update. It is this second e-mail that you acknowleded receiving, not the first. This was not days apart as you claim. You still owe $9.49 on the ejector return.
My #3) WRT the attempt to demonize me as an unreasonable customer:
On July 21st I ordered a Sport B and recieved confirmation of said order.
When nothing showed up, I followed up and on September 9th you responded, "At the end of April you returned a 1911a1 to us because it did not meet your criteria.... We refunded you.
There was no mention of your wish to purchase another pistol.... You did include the measurements that you required, please understand we cannot strip down pistols to see if they meet your requirements.... I can say that our new Sport series are much better fitted than previous runs...."
I responded with, "The earlier measurements I recorded were simply to demonstrate the difference in slide/frame fit compared to previous purchases. I don't like returning things but the one I did felt a little looser to me than i was comfy with."
You then asked if I wished to re-order, I said yes and you confirmed. No mention of a criteria to meet.
On November 9th I followed up and was again told my order didn't exist.
You clearly state that Marstar doesn't check frame measurments for customers and I clearly indicate that this was not my intent in the first place in your correspondance with me. Half a year later You fabricate a defense that totally contradicts the written record. Which statement is the truth, then or now?
You can post my letter; however, please be sure to remove any and all personal details. If it is dated before September 9th, then it is irrelevant per above.
I have no problem issuing an apology when I am in the wrong. This has yet to demonstrated to me.

ROBIN 2Y;
"Half truths (and I'm being generous) don't belong here. "
It wold seem that we agree at least on this point....
Your #1) Quite so, you correcte the original order days later with the remark "I forgot to mention I want .40 cal ejectors" the order had been processed.
Your #2) We did not have slide that met your requirements, so we refunded....
Your #3) "At no time whatsoever was a dimensional specification sent to Marstar for the Sport B order."
"Please post the imaginary, "all of the criteria you specified," or retract the statement due to factual inaccuracy"
As you wish Robin, I will scan your letter and post here tomorrow....
I hope that once you have refreshed your memory you will extend me the courtesy of saying that perhaps you are in error ??
