what species would you hunt but was your last hunt ever

here is a great question i have put to a couple long time hunter friends of mine who have taken a lot of animals between them.it really made them think for an answer.my question was what species would you hunt and harvest but never be allowed to hunt again.once you have the dream animal you would have to hang it up.the only rule is it must still be alive but can be endangered.no trex or 2 legged cougars hunts

I want to hunt Cape Buffalo in thick african brush using and old English Double rifle. Period attire would be an essential part to recreate something like the Roosevelt safari

If its my last hunt ever that means I will be dying very soon after right??? Therefore the more dangerous the more the hunt will mean.
