1874 Gras in original 11mm caliber fits the description ,but last I looked brass and dies are hard to find .That was a while back so it might not be the case anymore.
There is also a Chassepot needle gun.No brass or dies needed since it uses paper cartridges and parts can be obtained from France.
Problem is the cost-they run about a 1000$ and parts can be expensive as well.
Of course you have to be good with handling BP with it.

Yet more reasons to consider a more modern & wallet-friendly caliber for a M-H action (if it is needy of a new barrel).
