FNC1 poster

For the CF, the BFA was the most used piece of kit we had. We were even ordered to include it in our overseas kit on both my tours to Cyprus. I was like...WTF??

Anyway, the poster is incomplete with out one.

Here's the Mk2 poster. I put in the BFA, and launcher, for those guys that were belly aching:D.
I also added some nomenclature under each item. Stole that idea from another poster. I cleaned up some of the small stuff on the pics, re-positioned, etc.
Oh ya, centered the CF badge as well.

I'm kind of torn still for the main heading. The FNC1A1 Sopmod is still just a test. I'm thinking of doing the title straight out of the PAM:

Rifle 7.62mm FN (C1A1)

Suggestion guys?

The size is presently at 24", but I think Costco could do a print up to 36" with this photo, then the hard mount.

.my vote goes for Rifle 7.62mm FN (C1A1)

The only thing I see missing is the bayonet scabbard and frog .....brings back some good memories

Awesome poster. It would have been a great training aid 40 years ago posted in the classrooms in Cornwallis.

I was just trying to get a rise out of Koldt....I didn't think you'd re-do the poster. hahahahahahhahaha!:D:D:D

I've got no life anyway. So I spent another day friggin around with this.

This poster just gets better every time. Once you finalize on a version, you have got to post a '#########' here. I'd buy one just to put in my gun room or perhaps the Regimental Museum.

Fond, fond memories of Militia days, starting in the late '80s... Then they gave us that plastic abortion, the C7 (retch!).

How big is your electronic file? Would you be willing to promulgate via e-mail?
 
This is freaking beautiful ... you guys who actually got to fire these are awsome... however im also about to cry as it just took me atleast a week or so to get over the fact that EPPS has 2 FN's for sale AND an HK91 now im back in my hole... thanks .. How much .. sniff .. for the ..sniff .. poster .
 
I think I'm done for the night. Got to go to work tomorrow.

I've changed the font to match what is on the rifle. Did a little shadow thing on the title, and the badge.

Boy I would love to have one and be able to shoot it again. Loved using it at Ipperwash on the Paradeberg Range. I think my first time using one was the late 60's early 70's. Might have been Borden for my last shoot.

Still love, the now 308. Might have to get a Norinco to replace that feeling.
