Date and Time for IPSC Nationals in 2011

Confirmation of the dates for starters, and match hotel would be a good start. Shooting format would also be nice. Eventually round count and ammunition shipping address but not as critical at this point.

A little assurance that something other then yes we are putting it on would be nice.
 
personally I would need to book my leave by april 1st,..as that is when we are allowed to book being it is the start of the new fiscal year. It is best to know things as soon as possible.

The match hotel is Courtyard by Marriott Kingston, 103 Dalton Ave., Kingston, ON, K7K0C4

Last time i checked ipsc-ont.org is only available to IPSC Ontario members, not to us peons out west and it is not a Canadian Nationals website. Last time Nationals were in Kingston the dates got changed but not announced which left people who had booked their tickets early using points arriving a day late.

Who is the match director?

ipsc-ont.org is available to everyone, only the forum is limited to current IPSC Ontario members. The details for the match are on the main page under the 2011 nationals link :)

I think you miss the point.....there's very little info which make it hard to plan, when you involve travel further then a car ride to the range.......:eek:

And IPSC Ont is not really available for foreigner (not living in Ontario) only skin deep meaning LOTS of page cannot be seen without password!

It is right in the link I sent you in my previous message. Why don't you read it? The link to this document been available from the front page of IPSC Ontario for a few months now.

The pages you can't see have nothing to do with the Nationals match, they are mostly abut the match results, board minutes and members list, but if you find an error, please let me know, so we can fix it.

Anyways, that said, you should see more info about the Nationals in about a week or so.

Ok, the Ontario web site says that the Nationals begins on July 27. Will that be a shooting day for competitors, or is that the registration day?

I didn't realize it was the Ontario Nationals here silly me thought it was the Canadian Nationals.. i figured if it was the Canadian Nationals and that if they were using the Ontario website there would have at least been a link on the IPSC Canada website. as for going to the link the last time i remember going to the Ontario website i got a forbidden message so i have never bothered trying to go back.

so it has been a week or so and still nothing posted on a Canadian Nationals website.l
