Did you buy this as a full rifle package as a 22 mag, or as an accesory? Beautiful anyway you look at it! Dale Z!![]()
Very nice.
The KKM is the one missing from my collection.
I've got a KKJ (5 round mag), 2 KKJ-T rifles and a running boar model.

Does this one qualify?

I just came back from LeBaron's( just to have a look). The "best" bolt action .22lr they had was the CZ 455 Lux(?). I was impressed with the overall quality, fit and finish of the rifle. Actually fet good! Saw a few Annie's on the EE but not crazy about the styling although the single shot's look more traditional in styling and to my liking.
Also, while LeBaron's I picked up a Savage MKII TR. It wasn't nearly as nice as the CZ but the Savage felt like a center-fire and I liked the tactical look and feel of it.
What kinda turned me off about the two that I saw was the "wimpy" looking 5rnd mags! Looked like a pack of gum. Are there any bolt action rimfires with 10rnd box mags like the 10/22? I know...I need to do more research.
Ok, so I'm discovering there are lots of classic bolt action 22's out there.
I found two that I'm interested in because of their "full-size" characteristics. Neither fit the highend $$ criteria of this thread but I'm hoping the experienced here will have some comments on these two:
1. zastava z5 22lr. Under $300 so I don't expect too much
2. Remington 504. Found one used in excellent condition $549
I'm looking for a classic wood stock bolt action .22lr that's "full-size" that won't feel intimidated standing next to my "Black guns".
