Dogs are diggin out...

Never knew them little buggers came out in the snow like that. Used to nsee lots of them years ago when I drove truck across the prairies but memory is dim about whether we saw them in snow.

I recall getting a real bad sun burn from shooting them all day long on the snow years ago.

The weathers been so crazy I bet the bears are wondering what to do too.
I need to import some of them to the farm, we have tons of pocket gophers (moles) but in 30 years only one gopher has been shot there. At least I got to watch Dad do it.:)

I mentioned it before and was met with a harsh glare. There is nothing like an afternoon out with your Dad shooting gophers, the one thing and only thing I think we both really love to do.

I'll be placing my order for ten male/female pairs then Davey. Be sure the females are ready to have their litters. Deliver them to my Aunt's place and we'll get a good start on things.

Thanks!

Seriously haha...

Went for a drive this afternoon - nice bright day but no gopher sign here yet. Snow is 3-4 ft deep in the bottoms but shallower on the side hills and tops. Still cool and some wind, but supposed to warm up mid week, maybe they'll get out of bed then.

I wish I had permission to shoot the buggers. They dont live in any fields by me.
