It would have been real nice if the former owner had left the bbl length intact and just reamed out the tighter choke to IC. That guy must've been even shorter in height than Churchill. :D

As it is, CYL would be excellent to 25 yds and will conform very well to most Grouse hunting scenarios.

You could run steel through it no problem, I found my 20's patterns were almost too tight for geese over decoys. This gun would probably handle 90% of all wingshooting the average person does, excluding turkeys and really reaching for Waterfowl. It's a nice little gun.

I have to say if I was going to own any of the guns posted in the thread so far it would make the short list. The barrels would probably be a little too pokey for me though, I like my 28 inchers, going to try a 30 or 32 one of these days.

And here is my contribution to the Thread, nothing Fancy. A Franchi Falconnet Skeet. Choked Skeet 1 and Skeet 2, Fits me perfectly, the result of the first three shots I ever fired through it are shown. I was hunting over a 4 year old German Shorthair and shooting Imperial 1 1/4 ounce 6's.

What you think about the remington?

Ha Ha yeah it has a shorter length of pull 13 3/4" rather than the standard 14 1/4.I am only 5' 6" and find the 14 1/4 lop to long for me .the gun is basicly a lighting with a shorter stock .

So I shot the Remington and it is a great little gun! It swings good and feels comfortable when I shoot so it was a great buy for something I have never had a chance to really handle before buying. I think my wife will be using this gun as I think she will like it, if not its still mine anyways. The Citori White Lightning is awesome! Smooth working and just a fun all around gun. I need to pattern these aswell and I am hoping to get some Carlson Extended Choke Tubes for the Browning for mainly Geese. I just gotta figure which ones to get
