just saw your very positive response. Actually, if you research the Legalese thread, as well as CANLII (this has been brought up many times, and I am not going back through all that again just to satisfy you), you will see that there is very clear jurisprudence on this topic, going up to the Court of Appeals. I also did not tell him he WOULD be in trouble, but to look it up before doing something that MIGHT get him in trouble. I guess that IF he does listen to you, and ends up in trouble over it, you can just wash your hands of it. On the other hand, if he follows my advice, does some research and makes his OWN decision, anything that happens will be either thanks or due to him.
Not quick enough...i would have to take the vest off (2 seconds), then unbind the shotty.. (about 10 seconds.. ) then its good to go... so it is more of a back up solution, better have something else in your hands.
figured as much. it looks like it holds the shotty in there quite secure. whats a rig like that worth?

That's really not a bad price and it looks like it wouldn't be too uncomfortable for longer trips.

Simple, I bring both my daughter and him to the range. I make sure he has enough money to keep me busy shooting 9mm all day, then we can talk.
In the truck anywhere I go.

If I get pulled over, all the windows go down, and it is the first thing i mention to the officer for his safety and my own.

Nothing. Got mine in a PKG deal with my Glock and it sits in the safe. I guess mine, like others, just waits. If you don't hunt and just want a shotgun to have one or more just incase scenario then a tactical shotgun makes sense because there cheap.
