Antique Photos--Post what you got

Due to above Request heres acouple short videos of me firing my .32 Rimfire's, sorry I didnt fire them off more but I was having a problem getting my camera to turn on.

By time it was working I used up most of the ammo I wanted to fire off for the day. Accuracy is nothing special and they all shoot a little bit high. Regardless if I was a mugger I wouldnt want anything to do with them.

Remington Smoot, 38 RF, original nickel, bore is minty, probably never shot (that WILL change) :D

That hammer is soooo sweet! My 3 year old could probably handle that. Quality always has a price, hehe.

,nice to see a 32RF in action,
thanks for sharing

Thats a ###y spur trigger, have you fired it yet.

No, not yet but the bore is mint. Got her from Dingus, I bothered him very long about this one, nice brother to my Colt 41 newline.

On a side note: while everybody was hunting for 32 RF ammo at the Chilliwack show, I was able to find a sealed box of Navy Arms 41 for , ... $65.

Very nice find, saved yourself about 180 bucks.

This was the Lippentot Rifle Association that was formed in 1906 and lasted untill 1914.

Does anyone know if that is the Doctor Goodwin, famous target sight inventor.
I have a set of his style sights on my Sharps rifle that were purchased in England. As you can see the sight does not have to be lowered for loading or cleaning the barrel from the breach, but can be lowered if need be and brought back to the original setting.
The Goodwin long range tang aperture sight was designed by a Dr. Goodwin in the 1860s and produced by John Blanch & Sons, a London gun making firm.

Re. the Webley-Fosbery Automatic Revolver --- if no pieces missing or trashed, very rare, very collectible and BIG bucks.
Someone will be along with specifics, I'm sure.

You should also start a new post in the main Antiques thread, and not just leave it here in photos as it might be missed by the afficionados.
Regards, DaveF.

It is in excellent condition, with all the parts it was meant to have...from my VERY untrained eye. Dad was very picky about maintenance. I look forward to hearing more and will start a new thread..thank you so much.
