Hey just wondering,
Can you post the letter from RCMP showing these new 10 Round AR pistol magazines have been approved by the RCMP and classified as Handgun Magazines with a legal capacity of 10 rounds?
Given all of the recent issues with RCMP declaring various magazines to be Prohibited Devices, (S&W M&P 15-22 and Chiappa), and previous rulings on the Remington 7615 magazine, couldn’t the RCMP declare your 10 round magazines to also be Prohibited Magazines? Do you have a written approval from the RCMP for these new 10 round AR pistol magazines you’re going to be selling?
The LAR-15 magazines imported by Questar have a letter from RCMP that says they are classified as Handgun Magazines and approved for a capacity of 10 rounds. That RCMP letter (posted on Questar’s website) very specifically states that the LAR-15 pistol magazines made by CProducts are the only approved 10 round AR magazine as of that date. Do you guys have an updated letter showing your new magazine is also now approved?
If not, what happens if RCMP declare your magazines Prohibited Devices after I buy them? Do you take them back for a full refund or am I stuck having to deal with the problem?
