Here is a paragraph from a book of the BC Provincial Museum, by Ian McTaggart Cowan, Dean of graduate studies at UBC.
This refers to the Alaska moose range in BC.
Well, if he wrote a book about it, then I must be wrong.![]()
I don't believe Moose know where the borders lie.

I have that DVD. "The Rackman in the Yukon Seven". Real Langlois lives and guides in the Yukon.Moose scored 249 Pope&Young which is apparently the world record according. English voice over which isnt to bad as the camera work is excellent and the scenes are incredible.runs 1h40m. This is one skilled hunter IMHO.

That is unbelievable to think the moose would even come that close with 1 hunter, and 2 cameramen their. Wouldn't the moose have smelled the guys and took off, or at a minimum got spooked with the look of paranoia on his face?
I guess you can't blame the guy for being a little off with his shot, as he did seem pretty shaken up after he let the bow go. Who wouldn't be though...
I would have needed a change of shorts...maybe two
What does the moose think about a call from that close, what is it coming in to do? I'm new to hunting.
