LOL. I'm not sure you got that it was a jokeThe gun was a sporter before I started getting work done on it. It's actually a very pricey custom rifle whose receiver just happened to start life as a milsurp, prior to many modifications, that is.
That "mottled" finish on the receiver would probably buff out if you started with a wire wheel and progressed to fine sandpaper. The scope looks a bit unweildy and I suggest a tasco 3-9X would give better balance and magnification. The butt needs a good shotgun buttpad. The last thing I'd do is clamp a bipod around that barrel after lopping it off to 18 1/2". Then you'd have a gun to be proud of!
