What is your favorite milsurp to take to the range?

No problem deciding on my #1 favorite one, but the others were harder to place in order.
#1 Original 1944 Underwood M-1 carbine because it is light, super fun to shoot, doesn't kick like a mule and accurate at the ranges intended.
#2 Nicely done K-98 Sniper clone with turret mounts and Zeiss scope because of the cool factor and it's deadly accuracy.
#3 Refurbed Russian SKS- love the decent accuracy and feel and of course, the cheap as heck to shoot factor.
#4 Original Savage No4mk1- Nice feel, accurate and I just love all Lee Enfields!
I love playing with my CZ858 as well, but I guess being new manufactured we can't squeeze it in the list as a true Milsurp. It's a riot to shoot due to the light weight, accurate enough for fun and cheap to shoot.
Lots more in the collection but I rarely shoot any but these 5.

#1 choice is my 1944 Springfield Garand:

It also gets out in the field:

#2 choice, my 1899 M38 Swede Mauser:

#3 my Yugo M-48:

Finally, a yet unfired K-31 (waiting on ammo and reloading components) that may become a favorite:

lately I have been playing on the little range with my kids so it's been mostly my C No7 and the Inglis HP with the occasional visit of the cooey 82 and the '43 Longbranch No4.

Honestly, I rotate the old girls so they don't get jealous and fight.

Lee's : no4 mk1, no1mk3*, no5mk1 -hard to leave for the range without one.
Mosins: shorties and full size russkies, no finns yet
Mausers: my favorite, an Israeli in .308 that shoots way better than it should for a Israeli bubba mauser.

Mosins. No reason other than natural attraction. I like them, they like me. I have a permanent Tula Stamp on my arm.

Defenitely my SVT -40 this thing really can shoot fast and accurately and the recoil is very comfortable, Must not being a bal being a german soldier running in front of it. I give it a little edge over the m-14... JP.

favorite milsurp at the range

mosin nagant model 91/30 1939 all matching rifle, just took it out of the grease, shoots amazingly well, also my m38 dated 1943 tula made rifle
i load for this caliber as well

just a pleasure to fire at range

The one I can get a lot of ammo for without hours of reloading, that currently makes my favorite any of my 7.62x39 and 7.62X54R firearms. Shot my VZ58 (FSN-01) for the first time a week or two ago, really like that one, too.
