2011 ORA Service Rifle & Service CQB Schedule and Info

Quick question. If spectators want to attend to watch the CQB match, can they get on base on their own (Borden) or do they have to travel with me in my car since I am the shooter. They would be gunless, non participating... just interested in what it's all about.

Designated Marksman match information up on post number 2 (or is it 3?) :ninja:

Wanna see if you can test all your combined skills? Here's your chance!

Anymore planned clinics for sr or cqb?
Kicking myself for missing the last

As you can see by the schedules in post # 1, we have a very full calendar for our Service Programme. Examine carefully; we are likely the busiest among the PRAs with many, many opportunities to work on building or developing your skill set.

We deliberately plan our clinics at the start of the season so that you can achieve a 'crescendo' (big word warning here....) of training tempo. :D That's why I'm edumacated! Then toss in a whack of SR and Service CQB matches for you to pick and choose within your existing family commitments.

Planning is key! :)

Now you have to sit down and plan your parameters:

Ammo count
Reloading
Gas at $ 1.32/ liter
Time, weekends, partaaay (ies), family
etc, etc...

So put down that COD Red Ops controller and hit the gym.... weights, cardio, YOGA  and get ready! Take advantage of our ORA programme and develop your skill set(s)...

Why? Because we CAN! Who knows when I will get run over by an errant school bus driver at my high school?? Those bus drivers don't get paid enough for the krap they gotta put up with!

Come on out and shoot! Quit staring at yerself in the mirror with your CQB rig! That's my job as the Mirror Kommand Chief! LOL

Cheers,
Barney

I am very interested in trying out the SR match also. Too bad I did not take the clinic course. One problem is that I need to buy more mags and make it up to 10. Another problem is a 2 days match is a little bit too much for me since I will get very tired waking up at 5am for the whole weekend. Any chance to set up some one day SR match?

Just unloaded my Toyota Rav4 from the Ottawa SR3 SR matches and re-packing / organizing the stores needed for the Saturday's CQB3, Jun 18... :D Going to be chilling experience because we are coming off our must fun SR match ever! :)

Questions? Details? All good to go? :ninja:

Cheers,
Barney
