Little boy, the PPSA has +4,000 IPSC real gun shooters. And Canada is NOT in 2nd place. if you read Mr. Quigley's post here, he understands that the top 9 countires are all scored "1", which means they've all reached have the maximum and they tie for 1st place, but they are listed alphabetically.

"1911-genre" is pretty vague. extended heavy dustcovers are allowed but there is no limit to the weight so a "pelican" dust cover on a 1911 is not in violation. Heavy bull barrels are allowed, again with no restriction, so a sight tracker barrel is not in violation. agun with these two modifications will accept any 1911 part so how is it not "1911-genre"? The guns that will exist in this division will just be a low capacity Standard guns, so why bother. 1911 single stack society rules/uspsa single stack was where the idea started and ipsc just went and fuct it right up.

I go there to ask questions and offer my opinion...hopefully in a reasonable and repectful manner.
You attitude on this forum is very unfortunate. It adds absolutely nothing to the reputation of IPSC shooters or adminastrators. Disappointing

Told ya so, I've been saying for a year thatthey'd screw it up. IPSC could take any good idea and make a mess of it. It seems to me they, and I'm not pointing at any one person but IPSC management in general, look at something the US is doing and decide to do it too, then because there is such an anti-US bias, they change everything about it and end up with a mess just to be different. Look at ICS, instead of copying the US classification system which works pretty good, they made ICS which is just full of fail. Now SS is going down the same road.
I don't know but I just find it interesting that:
- Anytime one of us starts questioning Vince, pokpok1964 shows up here almost immediately.
- Anyone ever see her post anything on the GV? I admit I don't really read the airsoft section maybe she is active there.
- Some of her statements have been very Vince esc in the use of the English language.
- pokpok1964 and Vince both within hour tell us to F off and join USPSA.
I don't know maybe I just need to re adjust my tin foil hat.
