So my stock showed up in the mail today. Just finished fitting it and it's nice and tight.
Even though it is a "drop-in fit" this stock still needs to be fitted to the rifle. First off the left and right side around the action need to be opened up so the receiver can be fully seated in the stock.
Next I found that the front sling swivel stud protruded too far into the stock and hit the gas cylinder. I just removed the stud for now. It will have to be ground down to sit flush.
Finally the trigger fitting pads have to be filed down until the trigger guard is able to fully close. This step is explained in the fitting instructions that come with the stock.
Overall I'm very impressed with this stock. Now that the fitting is done it's rock solid. The only cosmetic defect I found is the rough patch next to the trigger area in the last picture.
