NEA Swiss Arms Lower (First Impressions) ***UPDATE***

That's a long barreled version of the CQB/552. Definitely still restricted. The one thing that puzzles me is the iron sight/top rail combo. It almost looks as if it has both the factory iron welded on as well as the top rail....

It also looks select fire...

My question and this may seem a bit backward, but will you be producing a version with the Swiss Arms stock set. I ask this as I do like the LOP for myself.

Where did you get that!? I dig it.

The factory welded rail is the only way to go....I never could get into the bolt on versions.

It is a company gun and is prohibited, the factory welded rail can be special ordered from the factory as far as I know.

I've been out of the country, and just got back, picking up my two NEA lower receivers, personally fitted with my Swiss Arms parts kits by Jeff from NEA.
I feel that the anodized finish is very similar to most of my other AR's (mainly LMT, Noveske) and should, hopefully, prove as durable.
I fitted it to my CQB upper and did some range work last Saturday.
I was happy to find that there were no issues with FTF, FTE, etc., and all of my magazines....Magpul PMags, LAR 10 rounders, GI aluminum, C-Products steel, etc., fit well and dropped free.
I am impressed, not only with the quality of the product, but the aspect of service provided by NEA in recognizing, and addressing (at the speed of light!), my issues with their product.
I am delighted to see a domestic manufacturer who is willing to do the market research, spend the dollars on developing their products, and then provide the service backup that seems to be lacking across the industry.
Kudos to Jeff at NEA, and I will continue to provide my support by buying their ever expanding family of products....uppers, barrels, etc., as well as providing glowing 'word of mouth' testimonials to my shooting colleagues.
I hope that CGN'ers will step up, and support, local industries like NEA, that are willing to go out on a limb to provide us with a domestic source for products that fill the niche.
This is a textbook case of how to do business...

Gents:

Looking very good.

Is there any instrucitons (video or otherwise) as to how to install the swiss arms lower parts kit in an NEA lower??

regards

AbH
