I have verbal info that says 50.6 min and 59.5gr max. Anybody have the Hornady 8th edition with published loads?
It is difficult to get enough H4831 in a 30-06 case with a 165 grain bullet to get top velocities. As a couple have said, 4350 is a better choice with that weight.
I have been experimenting with RL 17 lately, and it is working very well, accuracy-wise.
Have not checked velocity yet. Regards, Eagleye.
