So I took out the new rifle today and snapped off some shots. Maybe this should be in the precision section but ah what the hell.

It takes the eye of a sniper and the skill of a ninja to pull off such groupings

Bahahahaha. Mossberg .22 plinkster, and some POS bipod that came with my sks.
:D

Yup. Obviously it's a problem with a too-small rear aperture. Were you using match ammoe? Don't forget to breathe. Have you considered a custom shooting jacket and sling? That bench doesn't look level. Don't have ### within 3 days of a match...

Man, Monday quarterbacking of target shooting is EASY!!! ;)

Ahaha. Yeah I thought it would be entertaining to see what would happen if I posted this :D the front sight actually took up the entire target (~75 yards) so what can you expect. People were giving us funny looks when we were using spotting scope to see where they were going.

Either way, shooting for a few hours straight and only went through $20 in ammo... sure as sh*t can't complain about that.

first picture, two squares up from the dime, one square right - that three shot group, cut around it (neatly taking away all other holes in the target) post everywhere.

who says accuracy through volume is a bad thing?

Take an old deck of cards.
Staple them to a board so there are no gaps.
Shoot all day.
Pick the card with the most holes.
Claim super accuracy.

I think I will! That's a genius idea.

I must buy one of those for Grouse hunting in Sept. and use my 20G for target shooting.!!!! (SERIOUSLY, it`s a fun gun and very cheap to buy and shoot.)

Yeah it was great, I got it from williams arms in port perry, with a cleaning kit, box of ammo and a wire brush and was still just under $400! The rifle itself was $295 before tax.

Now... to tacticool it

looks like you had fun, afterall that is exacltly what shooting is about. Tried to sight in my mini 14, shooting at the side of my barn (while standing inside) been looking for the holes since 2004, still haven't found any. Looks like you own its cousin :)
