I am wondering if anyone has compared these three side by side or even have tests of them together and what did they find?
Victory and Diavari are describing the same scope. The Conquest isn't as bright, or as clear, but it is very good for the price.

Are you considering buying one over the other? I know you are a zeiss fan. I am as well. I have 6 diavaris and 5 conquests. The difference is noticeable in both clarity and cost. With that said the conquests have no equal in value. IMHO. I won't hesitate to buy either the conquest or another diavari. GOOD IS GOOD! But I think you already know that.
My only gripe with zeiss is their choices in reticles. I love dot reticles and it isn't something common. In Canada it isn't an option to switch through the manufacturer either as they don't have a warranty center. I spoke with a gentleman from Gentec at huntfest in Saskatoon last year and asked him if there were any plans to add a facility in Canada that would handle reticle changes and any potential warranty issues. He laughed in my face. I wasn't happy. I explained to him where I was coming from and he then understood. I explained that Leupold has a depot that would accomodate a reticle change for a fee. As for warranty well I have never needed it so that is a moot point.
I do love my zeiss products but would like to see the company expand their range of options and maybe the abitlity to customize your scope. I may never live long enough to see this happen but I am still a consumer with an opinion.
I would however like to see Zeiss move into the target/benchrest line. The scopes for hunting/varminting are wonderful.
I was just wondering how much of a difference that others have noticed in the Zeiss lines. Most likely I will continue with their product one model or another.
I did have a moment of weakness and purchased a Sightron, not at all a bad scope but the glass just isn't the same.

I won't speak much of the Victory, since I don't own one. My Conquest isn't in the same league as my Diavari. Sometimes I get real sick of companies that built a name on excellence, prostituteing that name by branding some decidedly ordinary products all in the name of makeing a buck.
You can check out Zeiss/Hensoldt for that purpose, it's Zeiss' benchrest/target line.
Isn't the Hensoldt a tactical/professional orientated scope geared towards police and military type uses? They only go to 24X from what I have read but I am likely wrong on this.
The victory and the diavari are nice but the conquest sucks. Not nearly as clear and has less eye relief.
So what type of target/benchrest scope did you have in mind?
The popular high end ones used in competitions are ones like S&B's PM line, US Optics,Hensoldt, Nightforce, Leupold MK IV to name a few. For informal LR target shooting there are lots available in the Conquest line.
Well not something in the 6.5-20 range, something higher, I think if they had something to compete against the higher magnification competition they could sure take a decent chunk of that market.
8-32 or 10-50 power , you know, dedicated long range target type scopes. The Conquest line go only to 20X.
Really Don't think you need to spend $3500.00 on a Hendsoldt and it's durability for the bench.
But kinda going off my original topic here.
Not really off topic. You need the best glass/coatings, repeatability and durability at extreme ranges and high power settings. All that comes at a price and for similar reasons, the Victory line costs more than the Conquest.
Tasco makes target scopes with high magnification, but I doubt you could see anything at 30x through them.![]()
