I have received word that earlier today Cody Robbins (Live 2 Hunt) shot a GIANT today! They have it scored out currently at 294" and it supposedly has double drops. If I can manage to get my hands on some pictures I will post them up ASAP. I'm sure they will play this one close to the chest and release as little as possible about him. They captured the hunt on film and are obviously going to keep pictures to a minimum.

Nice!

To be honest, looking at your deer I thought you would be the one to shoot the next WR mulie!

I like Cody too so congrats to him!

I shot a good one this year on opening morning all on film. It isn't nearly as big as Cody's though! I probably won't post any pictures up for a month or two when archery season closes up in Saskatchewan.

Kelsy Claypool just stated that no pictures will be released until an issue of a certain magazine comes out. I would imagine it will be on the cover of one of the next Big Buck magazines. If I find out when it comes out I'll try to post it up, but by the sounds of it this thread will die long beforehand.

Well when I rebreak the previously broken record, I'll be happy to shrare a pic, but you'll have to wait another month or two. :p

I like his show(s). I can watch his own and Jim Shockey's shows and actually find myself entertained. Congrats to him, now Jim's gonna be pissed. :D

I've said it many times before and I will say it again, "saskatchewan is the best place in the world for trophy deer". Thats why I've been going there since 1988. Of course Canadian residences can't hunt mule deer, which I totally agree with,( great wildlife management) however I perfer the wily whitetail that I'm allowed to hunt.
Congrats to Cody Robins and may all other Saskatchewan resident hunters harvest big mule deer bucks.

Azazle,

Looking forward to the film of your deer! Now you'll just have to get the next typical mulie next year;-)

That's it... I'm going to have to figure a way to move back to Sask and still keep our place here too! :)
