New World Record Archery Mule Deer - PIC UP

There is a picture up on a website so I can share this pic without feeling bad about it:

Nice deer but it doesn't look quite big enough to be almost 300". Looks like a 190 frame with about 40" of nontypical growth. I here rumor that Kelsey shot a 230 class nontypical also this year and am thinking this may be her deer or even just a really good deer that they threw out some pics of to keep people off the trail of the real pics.

I saw that pic when I did a quick web search a while back...I dont think that is the 300" deer in question.

It has a 224" Net Frame... They thought it was only 260 on the hoof because they couldn't justify his frame being over 200. I was told that I would have to hold the horns in my hands to truly appreciate them.

I saw the video of that kill on "Live to Hunt" a couple of nights ago. Cody did not arrow this buck . The brother of his good friend did, with Cody and brother filming. He missed his first shot and they were able to get close enough for a second shot at 42 yards.

I saw that episode also, the buck he shot was not in velvet. The one pictured here is in full velvet. I don't think it's the same deer.
