Morning temps have been -2, -2, -3, 1 and -2 this morning. I will do some more cutting to implement plan "B" at the shooting line. Due to 2 1/4 inches of rain on the weekend and another 1/4 yesterday. Come on sun.

I was busily prepping 30-06 cases last night, and decided to shoulder my hunting rifle.---not much enjoyment with mr. Shoulder!

Maybe I'll take 2000mg of Ibprofen early sat. Morning!!!

Has it not been shooting to your expectations?

My XCR Tactical .308 Winchester took 6-7 different tries to find what it likes.
I just wish my bullets could be much closer to the rifling and still function through the magazine!

My savage 110BA has at least .150" of room in my magazine when I have contact with the rifling. I think savage did thier homework when they put this model on the production line.
 
The nice dry solid hayfield/camping spot is 1 3/4 miles from the shooting line. The straw bales are at the shooting line. The shooting line is in the shade so it will take longer to dry out. The field is dusty already when I drive around it. But not the shaded shooting line. LIG
 
+6 here this morning, reloading finished. Harrows to drag around field today. Contemplation booth to go in place. Targets will be loaded onto trailer later today.
 
Well, all the targets, but two are on the trailer. They will be heading to the field friday at 3:00pm. Thanks Chinbullco. The 2 contemplation shacks are finished. Load up some firewood into another trailer and scoot it down to the firing line and I think I'm ready. Friday a tarp needs to be hung in the trees.
Tomorrow morning finish trusses on main part of house first!!
Well I have to say I have a very patient wife to let me spend 300 hours setting this up instead of working on our house build. Starting from scratch with the targets didn't help much.
The accountant says I need to find a sponsor for future shoots. This one kind of snowballed. Thats life. g-night

You think you get excited talking about projects. I don't want to brag but someone ordered the first Kreiger barrel from Mystic for one of his projects.
