I know a few people were disappointed that we were not having the V-Bulls match this year.

I have someone willing to put it together if we can get the numbers.

Match would be held on Oct 29th and 30th (Saturday and Sunday)

Since the match would be at the end of October we need responses only from those who would actually attend.

Cost would be $70 for the weekend and that includes paid target pullers and awards based on the number of shooters per class.

TR, F-TR and F-Open welcomed.

The match director can chime in if he wishes to include Sporter Class or not. I know we have had a few people shoot Sporter but I have only ever had a maximum of 3 people in that class making awards purchase more $ than the entrants fees. If done on the 3,6,9 rule (1 award for 3 shooters, 2 for 6 and 3 for 9) then it is definitely feasible but knowing ahead of time is big plus as awards are usually ordered well in advance. If this goes forward awards will be ordered immediately after announcement of the go ahead if there is one.

I will leave this up until the weekend and if we have enough committed interest we will put this match together so please RSVP to this thread as soon as possible.

Course of fire would be up to the match director's discretion but it will be a combination of 300 and 500m shooting.

Paid Target Pullers are provided in the match fees so everyone can concentrate on shooting only and not have to worry about running to the butts to pull targets.

We need 21 ppl in order to break even on awards, pullers and range rental.

Looks like we have enough IF everyone that says they will come, show up.

Steve,
I will go ahead and book the range for that weekend, I can also get the awards ordered up but we should talk first before ordering.

Phone me at home if you see this :)

Steve, if we infiltrate you may want to change the 1 min sighters to 2 optional blow offs. If going with timed relays then you can keep it as is.

I left the entry form as TBD so you could list course of fire here.

Entry form is in Post #1

Might have Scott coming but Eric's wife is sharpening up a knife if he takes off one more time this year. If Eric does happen to make it, he'll be speaking with a might higher voice.
Cheers, Glen

I've started smoozing a little, and throwing it out there a little bit. So with a little time i may just pull it off... How much space do you have for the weekend? And how soon do you need to know?
Cheers bro, and way to go on getting this going again!!!
Eric

Looks like 6 official spots left.

Up to Steve if he wants let a couple more in after the 36, we will be infiltrating so there could possibly be a couple of floaters to fill in to the faster relays.

"Asked" has asked not to be identified online. :D
