x2 on a red dot of some sort. I'd go with an Aimpoint Micro if it were my gun.
Aimpoints are great, keep in mind these rifles are much better past 100 yards than many realize and magnification will come in handy.
Hmmm.... I'm fairly versed in what they'll do at 400 & 500m, and would say with confidence they won't hold a candle to longer barreled ARs and full length Sigs past 200m. The CQBs beg for an aim point micro or irons IMHO.
Hey guys!, so i have a SA CQB with flat top picatiny receiver on order and with all the excitement can decide what to put one it, can you give an advice what might work good on it?
Off topic but:
Nice quad rail. Is it free floating?
-If yes to free float, would it be difficult to make / will you make a carbine length version?
-If yes to free floating carbine length, will it fit the SAPR? I think the SAPR uses the carbine hand guard.
Idle curiosity at this point, but not when the SAPR is released here.
We run our 553's at 2900 fps and they work great, typical range is 50-200M
