Swiss Arms CQB Optics, help to chose

Aimpoints are great, keep in mind these rifles are much better past 100 yards than many realize and magnification will come in handy.

Hmmm.... I'm fairly versed in what they'll do at 400 & 500m, and would say with confidence they won't hold a candle to longer barreled ARs and full length Sigs past 200m. The CQBs beg for an aim point micro or irons IMHO.

For dedicated cqb rifles aim point are very hard to beat. Of course there are better tools for 4-500 yards. Minimizing the capabilities of the 8 inch San is puzzling to me, and it deserves more than a 1 power optic as it's plenty capable well beyond 100. Why shortchange it's capabilities? 1-4, 1-8, 1-10 is what it deserves if you want to make full use of the rifle

Hey guys!, so i have a SA CQB with flat top picatiny receiver on order and with all the excitement can decide what to put one it:p, can you give an advice what might work good on it?

Little reason not to get an Aimpoint Micro!

PS - Haven't seen you in a while, how are you?

Off topic but:

Nice quad rail. Is it free floating?
-If yes to free float, would it be difficult to make / will you make a carbine length version?
-If yes to free floating carbine length, will it fit the SAPR? I think the SAPR uses the carbine hand guard.

Idle curiosity at this point, but not when the SAPR is released here.

No free floating on SANs
