I bought the sr9(stainless) from italien sporting goods at the start of december for 460. They had their sale a week after that where the sr9 was going for 400, so I dont know if they would have any in stock

Wholesale sports still have their stainless in stock for $440. I shot the SR9C all last week when I was down in West Virginia and it sold me on the SR9 platform, I ended up caving and placing an order last night because the deal was too good to pass up.. $440 for a new non-chinese reliable 9mm? Yes please.
When I tried ordering the sr9 from wholesale sports, a message came up saying that it would take longer to ship. I didnt know how long that would take so I went elsewhere. Seems like it still says that now
Weird, I never got that msg. When I paid I received a confirmation email that said..
And my visa has been charged with a hold, so I'm assuming it'll be shipped out pending transfer approval of CFO.
I sent an email to wholesale sports and inquired about the sr9. Here is what they said:
1. It is on back order. They don't have an estimated delivery yet.
2. Price may be different when the stock arrives.
I also called Italian Sporting Goods on Monday and they said that I should call back in 2 -3 weeks and check if the sr9 has arrived. Price would be around $500+. Although in their web site the price is still listed at $459.99.
Haven't checked Reliable yet, though.

I just got a call from wholesale today saying they're backordered for 3-6 months and asked if I wanted to wait? LOL ya right.. So just my luck looks like everyones running out of these all at once.
I might drop by Reliable to get some ammo this Saturday and ask when it will be arriving and if they will get any SR9Cs in.
Will also give Italian a call in a couple of weeks.

That's what I am thinking - getting an sp-01 shadow or phantom.

They are very nice. Glad everything worked out the way it did. From what I hear you can't go wrong with CZ. Cant wait to take it to the range!
A friend of mine bought an sp-01 shadow during the sale at Italian Sporting Goods. They had the only 1 left, and I just got a glock 17 gen 4 from the Reliable sale a week before. I should have gotten the sp-01, if they still had one.
You can't. Buying my shadow was the best decision I made in my life!
