I personally wouldn't see 30 rounds of .223, at full automatic stitched through a paper target a waste of money. So I certainly wouldn't see 30 rounds of semi-automatic fire as a waste of money. Though, to be fair, if we could have full capacity magazines and full automatic, I'd probably spend a near equal amount on .308 as well.

Posing in the mirror was my biggest concern when picking my AR. I had to know that I was going to think I was the best there ever was in the mirror. After verifying that my AR met the Mirror Test Criteria I was able to move on and try it out at the range.

The short answer would be yes. I do not see how the mag capacity would turn you down. Even if we were allowed to use 30 round mags I doubt I would fill them often. Low mag caps are excellent practice.

Seriously? You are posting in the Black Rifle forum and asking if other members feel if owning a rifle limited to 5 rounds is worth it? :eek:

I think it is safe to say that most of the people who view this particular forum regularly are going to say "Yes, it's worth it". We don't like the 5 round limitation but we are not going to let that stop us from having safe, responsible firearms fun with semi auto rifles. :cool:

Remember, every semi automatic rifle sold in Canada causes a special chill of disgust and loathing to run down the back of the anti's. That alone makes me feel all warm inside. :D
 
your allowed to pose infront of a mirror? that would violate the safe storage laws and if you posted it online the anti's would have evidence of non-compliance. you could however pose with it in a locked case with a trigger lock and the ammo in a different room

Can I have what you're smoking?

I can not only pose in front of my mirror, but if I so desired to embarrass myself further among my peers I could post pictures of my wicked cool poses. I look really super cool when I have all my firearms on me at once. AR in my hands, both M14s slung to my back, my webbing, my short sword and both my pistols. I don't have any room for ammo, but that doesn't matter because I look so cool and dangerous that no one would dare confront me.

See when I'm posing in the mirror, the firearms are in use and not being stored. When the firearms are not in use, then they need to be appropriately stored.
