Bought 200 7.62x39.......arrived today.....it is steel cased. Not impressed! No where on the description does it say this. Was hoping for brass to reload after. FAIL

Yes there is 7.62x39 brass and every time i have seen them they are over $20 for 20 rounds but hey are soft lead rounds.

SFRC is a business, They are not their to hold your hand, if you had some doubt I am sure they would happily have told you that the ammo was steel cased if you had asked.

It is presumed that when zapping zombies, you have no time to pick up brass.
Steel is a better option in this case.

I read somewhere that CZ's and SKS's tend to rip the base off brass ammo because theyre set up for steel cases. Of course I never needed it since the first thing I got when I purchased a CZ was a broken case extractor... Zombie ammo looks good for hunting though!

I wanted some to take the 858 out hunting. Buddy found some Soft point rounds, at a buck a piece.....also steel case. funny thing, though, they are soft point tips indeed, with a steel core. no labels on the box.
