UPS always quotes if the package was to be processed and shipped same day. SFRC for me is always a two week shipping time, no matter what the shipping time quote is from the mailing company. Busy people, tons of orders.
It's the shipper, not SFRC. I've always had issues with UPS. In my opinion, SFRC uses the worst possible shipper for their business. If they had a better shipper, it would be beneficial for them.
