It appears to be a Liberal. See how it skulks around under cover of darkness eating carrion and filth? Classic traits of federal Liberals.
If we make the assumption that it is indigenous and not an escaped exotic pet, we should be able to come to a reasonable conclusion.
Leopards in Ont, not very likely.
Definately can see spots on legs, rules out yotes and fox.
Legs are also too short and heavy for a canine.
Jaguar- same as leopard
Wrong shape and stance for a lynx, which I am vey familiar with.
Must be a bobcat only reasonable conclusion.
why to use the tracks to identify? it was walking in snow, shouldn't be a big challenge to figure it out.
Definately NOT a coyote, you can easily see the spotted coat and legs. Someone show me a pic of the last spotted coyote they shot, PLEASE. It's a bobcat, period. I've never seem a spotted domestic cat either.
