I know the quality of the video is pretty darn good, but maybe not the quality of shooting, hahaha! I unfortunately forgot to press record on my first stage of the day (Stage 3 PPC), but got the other 3 recorded. They have been uploaded to 1080P HD quality, but will default load at 480P unless you select a higher quality in the bottom right of the video.

I'd really actually like to record some of the stages while following the shooter to get that 3rd person objective view if anyone in my squad next 3 gun wants to volunteer, :D

Yes, I was intending on filming when scoring, but only scored for a bit on stage 1. I know I should be doing more, but being the FNG still I'm still learning, lol! I'll tell Ken to make me score more if I'm in his squad a third time in a row when I get back in late July from Albania, :D

I'm a little reserved myself as I am a FNG too!:D The good thing is, there is always someone newer! (and all are welcomed)

I scored for a while on the 4th stage. It was awesome to see the shots landing on target from close behind the shooter.

Too much fun, and such a great bunch of guys to shoot with! I wish I would have got into this last year.

I wish I hadn't been travelling for work for the last decade... I invented this out back of rigs in unnamed countries far away in my spare time, LMAO! Honestly though... I never did like drugs until I started shooting 3-gun. Now it's the only drug I want. Hell, I celebrated Sundays overall fun and success in improvement by buying a new 1911 today, HAHAHAHA! Might run it next 3 gun if I can get the fit/finish/shakedown done before ship out. :D
 
Awesome! I habe some lady friends interested in coming to the provinicals. So Im going to use these videos to show what the stages are like!

Heck ya! That was kind of the idea I had for it originally (aside from having some cool video of myself shooting). I wanted to sort of be able to give people an idea of what 3 gun really is and how much fun it is! Hard to explain things sometimes, but with a video it's MUCH easier!

Tex/Sosa have put together montages in the past and I'm hoping to be able to help them gather enough video to create one for this year, :D
 
Here's my stage 3 running my Gopro on my vest. I didn't have any molle to run it any higher. Interesting view anyway.

Also, stage 2 on my rifle. I had some hesitation on my mag change and pistol draw, but all in all, not bad.

I've got some plans for a forearm mount for my right hand. Also, I'd like to build a rig for my vest that will give me a third person view. I found the head mount to be a little plain, I like to get interesting angles.
 
Those were sweet vids, and nice runs!

Every time I watch the vids from the match, it brings back the excitement of it. Too cool!
 
I had my Vid camera with me at the 3 gun in May... unfortunately I had forgotten to charge it up :( I'm going to bring it to the match in July and the steel challeenge if I can make it.

Nice vids man!!! I feel so SLOW watching other guys do this... I guess I could pull the "I only started shooting in March (aside from hunting) and this was my second 3-gun or competition ever" card, but that's lame, hahaha! What's the second song in this vid??? I like it!

Where was the firing line sticks for the last three pistol targets on stage 2??? We had to shoot from way further back on the end pistol part on that stage...

I think my big problem is being consciously slow and deliberate to make sure I don't pull a bonehead move and get a DQ... Maybe I'll win that AR and have some 10 round mags too, :D
