torn on the 22 choice
I am a newbie when it comes to buying firearms, as I just finished my CFSC course a few weeks ago.
Still waiting for the paperwork to come back so I can submit and wait...and wait..for my PAL.
I have family owned farm land that I will be able to go plinking and target shooting on.
I am really interested in a solid .22 that I can put a red dot or a small scope on, etc.
I am torn between this and the SR-22 or the 10/22 editions with the rails.
The price of the mossberg is by far the cheapest.
I heard the Rugers were a bit sturdier in terms of magazine and buttstock, etc.
Is this true?
Is the tactical 22 by mossberg easy to work on to practice cleaning, etc?
Thanks
