Our 4th annual multigun match is set for August the 18th. Please let me know as soon as you can if you intend to shoot it, the majority of the spots were taken up at the IDPA match in June. As with our other matches non-FRPC members must pay in advance.

Registration starts at 8:00, match brief 8:30, shotgun start at 9am.

Cost of the match is $40, the match will be run using IDPA rules and scoring and is open to any "holster qualified" shooter. It will be a “run what you brung” match so if it is legal and approved by all means bring it ( LAR-15 mags...)

The match will be 8 stages, round count is yet to be finalized. Combination of pistol, carbine (.223 or 7.62X39 or smaller, Pistol Calibre Carbines are allowed) bird shot (7 or 8), slugs and rifle (you can use your carbine for this stage if you wish).

Lunch and drinks will be provided.

Looks like a fun match - sadly it conflicts with the IPSC Summer Slam match in New Brunswick so I'll have to miss it. Hopefully next year I can work it in!

Indeed...............Summer slam will be earlier as it is the Nationals. Hmmm If they put it the week after or so we can do a major road trip!

I've never shot (or even watched) a 3 gun match, so I don't think I'm ready to compete. But, I would like to volunteer my services the day before and the day of the match with setup/take down and whatever else is needed to help with the event. I'll book the Friday off... for real this time... hopefully.

Listen young man.... There is an IDPA match the week before I am arranging a car pool for and the cowboys are root'n and toot'n the weekend after.
Loved the video but kind of liked it when my sigline was more mysterious!:cool::cool:

Don't forget about the secret handshake.

You won't learn unless you try. :D

I'd love to go but it conflicts with my club level multigun match that I'm running the same day unfortunately :(

Its going to be my first 3/multi gun event too. I figure you might as well shoot it rather than just watch. You're never going to get the experience unless you actually do it and no better time than now.

Well, myself and cbabes are loading up the yaris.

I don't know where the hell we are going to put sly mantis and all the hardware and ammo?

babes you have a trailer hitch on that thing?

No trailer hitch but I do have roof racks and a carrier. If Soon is willing to ride in that I won't charge him gas.
