Hrmmm I may have to buy The same rig in 45 acp....fugly thing is going to haunt me !
I'm thinking of picking up the JR 40S&W. I have a G22, which sometimes I convert to a 9mm - ie. cheaper and fit more 9mm rounds in a G22 mag.
Can the JR be easily converted to shoot 9mm, just like the glock?
Is the jury still out on the long-term reliability of the .40 vs the 9mm models? I ask because I can't for the life of me decide which one to buy![]()
Well I just bought a 9mm model from a Site sponsor. I gave in too lol. I chose 9mm mainly because I get 500rounds for 80$ whenever I want. Cheap to shoot.
As far as I know there is nothing really concrete as the 40 and 45 are new to the market for the most part. I'll let ya know in a couple months as I continue to pound 40 cal through my rifle and the round count gets higher and higher.![]()
Where did you get it! Looks good
I guess you just prefer the feel of cheap plastic...To each his own.

I hate the fact I looked at these on the SFRC Web siteand thensearched the forum and read all 6 pages...... This sucks.....I really want one in 9mm since I'm getting started with reloading 9mm very soon.
My MAIN questions are these, what makes them non restricted, just the barrel length being 18.5", what if you make the stock adjustable, is it still non restricted?
And second question, can you actually use one for hunting purposes, like Dear, Bear or Moose? Not that I would use it for long range shooting, but it gives me the excuse to buy one LOL. I would still use my 30.06 for big game but need an excuse for the wife to buy one hahaha.
