Whats the legality of having the powder and the primers in the building in regards to your lease?
Iam moving out of my friends place (he was good with me reloading) and in with the gf into a basement suit in the city.
One of the items on the lease is this.
"14-24 Offensive Goods:
No combustible or offensive goods, provisions or materials shall be kept on the premises. No usage or trafficking of illegal drugs is allowed on the premises, which will cause termination of lease and eviction of Tenant."
I was just going to store my firearms legally and out of sight. Nothing on the lease, nothing he can do. Ammo, power and primers looks like it could be a sticking point if he had an issue though.
Thoughts? This is my first lease type situation, before this I've always lived with friends and or family.
Cheers,
Karl
ps Iam still using my lee hand press. Works. Little slow, but I don't mind. And i just picked up a lee loader for loading my 30-30. Space is not an issue. Can sit at the kitchen table or on the couch with a tv table.
