Sorting has taken me two nights (8+ hours), I only thought it would take one night....I am still not done. The rifles all seem to be from 1940 and 1941 - No 1944 or 1945's
The top row pretty much pre-sold, but the second row had some unique/rare rifles including a sniper, some 259R's, etc. The last row still needs to be sorted/listed.
All rifles come with sling, oiler, tool bag, 3x tools and pouch.
Shipping is extra and generally costs $35.00
I might consider offers on the 259's. I came across two of these 4-5 years ago and sold one two years ago for around $600. I still have one in my collection.

I started the thread at k98k and debated starting one here.
They are fake. How to tell?

Well first off its a firing proof stamp, but way too big.
Next, the germans wouldn't fireproof anything unless
That had replaced a part, ie barrel or what have you.

Also that stamp just looks wrong,
 
I had my doubts that he received two in one case of Svt's, I have seen tons of Svt's and I still haven't seen one nazi marked yet. I also wouldn't pay more for a Nazi marked Svt just because they are easily faked and hard to prove they are real later.
 
I was wondering why those SVT's were priced at twice what I'd been seeing for "normal" ones.

So, is the feeling that the $600 asking price was because they were Nazi marked, and, that these markings are quite likely fake?

I noticed this seller recieved feedback from weimajack (who was the seller in that transaction), who, of course, deals in SVT's. I wonder if the cases of SVT's came through weimajack and maybe he has some comment on that? I never noticed him selling Nazi marked SVT's himself before.
