Look I am out of this and glad to be as Ryan has said he offered me a full refund I accepted it and I'm out.
Not going to start a he said she said I know what was said to me and I wouldn't lie because I really don't care...
I have no stake in this benefits me nothing to lie.
So if you don't believe my side of it then don't but other people on here do have a reason to lie it is costing them financially if they told the truth. and other people on here are deeply rooted and have a vested interest in NEA and it's reputation.
I have a whole pile of other pics of the lower as well (race track around the safety selector stops) originally I didn't care about the marks on it or the upper... as is evident if you read my threads.
I simply was asking my peers if this was a normal finish on the upper around the shell deflector (it was as pretty ugly) apparently it wasn't...
There were in fact brass marks on the shell deflector.... that means the upper was fired. The charging handle COULD NOT be pulled to the rear which tells me that the lower was swapped over after it was test fired.
Now you try and say there were no abnormal marks on the shell deflector? and that the upper is acceptable? please post a picture of any so called normal finished upper from the same angles and proximity as the ones i took. lets do a comparison.
let the buyer know he is paying the same for a lesser finished rifle.... be honest. Don't come on the internet and tell everyone how good the "new" batches are.
I really don't want a fight here but I have to admit when I do get in a fight I fight to win.
I am fully ready willing and able to let this all go ... don't bring me into it by using my name and lacing it with bull####.
